Happy Events 411 has been extremely successful selling selected wedding gowns and other items on consignment. We welcome consignors !

Veils & Accessories Homecoming Dresses Other items may be considered
Mothers' Dresses Flower Girl Dress
Consignment Period and Pricing:
You pay a $6.00 one-time fee per consignment agreement.
If we accept your items, we will carry them in the store and attempt to sell them for a period of Sixty (60) days.
The consignment agreement is based on a 60 day period, although either party may terminate this agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice given to the other. Merchandise picked up by the consignor prior to the 60 days or without a 30 day written notice will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
On day 61 of consignment, the consignor then has the option of donating to Happy Events 411 or picking up the item(s). On the 61st day an attempt will be made to contact the consignor via email, and or phone call regarding the item(s) that have not been sold. This is only a courtesy email or phone call. You are responsible for noting the day of pick-up. Item(s) must be picked up within 5 days of notification or items will automatically become property of Happy Events 411 WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. You will be given a 7 day window, as WE DO NOT ALLOW PICK-UPS SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
Once the dress has been sold you will automatically be mailed a check within 7 days of sale or notified to pick-up your check. If you opt to pick-up your check you will have 15 days from date of notification to pick up your check. Checks not picked up with-in 15 days will be cancelled and will not be re-issued. For items under $100 your account will be noted and a check will be received at the time the dress is sold or at your 60 day pick-up. If dress is not picked-up at the 60 days, your check will be forfeited.
Together we will determine the asking price for each item, based on condition and our best assessment of resale value.
Items will be sold at the full asking price for the first four (4) weeks of the consignment period. Thereafter, items may be reduced for the remainder of the consignment period at the discretion of Happy Events 411.
Happy Events 411 and you will split the proceeds 50/50, and you are paid monthly.
Other Policies and Guidelines:
- All clothing must be dry-cleaned, the cost for which shall be borne by you.
- Garment bag is recommended. (If there is no Garment bag $5.00 fee will be applied)
- At the end of the consignment period, it is your responsibility to notify us as to whether the items will be picked up or may be donated. Any items not picked up by you 61 days after the end of the consignment period will become the property of Happy Events 411.
- While we will take all reasonable and necessary measures to prevent loss, theft or damage to your items, our consignment agreement will expressly relieve Happy Events 411 of any liability for any such loss, theft or damage.
Feel free to stop by anytime during normal business hours—no appointment necessary: ~ Mon 12-5, Wed 12-5, Fri 12-5 (starting Feb 18th, 2013). While Happy Events 411 is open Saturday from 9-5, WE WILL TAKE CONSIGNMENTS ON SATURDAY 12-2 ONLY.
